Position : Test & Qualification Engineer – QT & AT
Experience : 2 – 5 years
Major : Mech/ Aero
Qualification : B-Tech/M-Tech
Requirements :
· Experience in dynamic vibration testing, thermal & thermos-vacuum test and analysis techniques.
· Strong knowledge of vibration theory, testing principle, methodologies and its application in product development.
· Ability to design and develop vibration test plans & procedures.
· Ability to design and develop test jigs & fixtures for dynamic & thermal test requirements.
· Capability to analyze test results and provide recommendations for design improvements.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate test records.
· Experience in testing, execution and creating test cases
· Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
· Understanding & exposure of vibration testing equipment and software.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct dynamic vibration testing on products and components as per the standards.
· Interpretation of the test results and verification with the simulated results.
· Analyze and interpret test data, identifying any issues or anomalies and providing recommendations for improvement.
· Develop test plans and procedures, including designing test setups and selecting appropriate equipment.
· Preparation of the Qualification Test (QT) and Acceptance Test (AT) documentation of the systems/subsystem.
· Design & develop required mechanical interface, Jigs & Fixture for specific to the test requirements.
· Collaborate with design and development teams to provide input on vibration and shock specifications.
· Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on fail test condition, providing detailed reports.
· Provide training and guidance to other engineers and technicians on testing procedures and best practices.
