| Required Skills and Experience: |
| 6+ years of hands-on experience in design and development of power electronics hardware. |
| Solid knowledge of Power Electronics fundamentals, power switching devices (IGBT, MOSFET etc.),magnetics design, power loss calculations, thermal design calculations. |
| Experience in digital circuits design (I2C, SPI, UART, Ethernet), Mixed signal circuit design (ADC, DAC) |
| Experience in analog circuits (OP-AMPs), power converters (DC-DC Converters) |
| Experience in preparing technical specifications, design documents and test plans |
| Experience in working with simulation tools like MATLAB, P-Spice, LT Spice, TI-Workbench etc. |
| Experience with design and implementation of redundant and reliable electronic circuits |
| Proven track record of released products in the field. |
| Adhere to best practices, design standards, and processes during development. |
| Proven experience of product qualification process (thermal, vibration, thermo-vac, EMI/EMC) |
| Willingness to take on new challenges and solve unfamiliar problems |
| Strong Analytical skills,strong Interpersonal skills, self-motivated and innovative |
| Positive attitude &discipline. |
| Desired but not necessary: |
| Embedded C programmingGood knowledge on communication protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet Experience with Altium is a plus. |

| Education: |
| BE or MTech (desirable) in the field(s) of Electrical Engineering or related field |
